Scott Jenco brings nearly two decades of diverse leadership, management, finance, sales, and customer-service experience to his current role as Director of Sales for Flagship Equipment Co. and Advanced Laser Restoration Erie. His professional background includes serving as an Aging Program Manager/Attendant Care Supervisor with Community Resources for Independence, Program Director with NeuroRestorative, Community Director at LECOM Parkside, and Finance Manager with AutoExpress Mazda.

Throughout his career, Scott has maintained a simple philosophy: great customer service starts with listening. He believes in taking the time to understand each client’s goals, challenges, and requirements before recommending a solution. Customers can expect honest recommendations, clear communication, personal involvement, professional service, and dependable follow-through.

Scott is particularly passionate about laser restoration because it brings together technology, equipment, craftsmanship, and problem-solving. He enjoys understanding how different materials respond to laser cleaning and finding practical ways to restore and preserve valuable surfaces. Whether working with historic materials, industrial equipment, structures, or other challenging restoration projects, Scott takes pride in helping customers find the right solution.

Scott holds a B.A. in Social Sciences from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Public Administration from Gannon University and resides in Edinboro.
